2. Conditions for using the Europrotocol ✅
You can draw up a Europrotocol only if all of the following conditions are met:

🔹 Both drivers have a valid policy OSCPV (autocivil vehicles)
🔹 None injured or killed
🔹 Missing signs of intoxication drivers
🔹 Both sides agree with the circumstances of the accident and sign the document
🔹 Damages do not exceed 80,000 UAH

4. How to fill out the Europrotocol manually? ✍️
The form consists of: two sheets (a copy for each participant) and divided into 17 points. Filling two participants at the same time, by hand, without corrections or errors.

After completing the paper or electronic version, you need to:

The insurance company assesses the damage and pays compensation.
7. Typical errors when filling out ❌
⚠️ Correction or strikethrough — invalid document
